Hotfix for video conversions
Been some issues with video conversions so I've optimised the code for it and reduced the amount of conversions that can take place at once.
This should stop the server from crashing like it was before when multiple large videos were uploaded in a short period of time.
However, it will reduce the speed at which thumbnails & alt versions (i.e. mp4, webm) of videos are converted, but this is a limitation of the server.
