Support & FAQ
My blog is not verified yet, what does this mean?
Don't worry, you haven't done anything wrong. We just like to check out new Creators early so we can ensure they are following our Terms of Service.
This simply means your posts will not be visible under the 'Creations by Creators' section on Explore. They will still appear in searches and on your blog.
Becoming verified is as easy as posting and being active. You must have some posts on your blog to be verified (more than 3 preferably) however we will never base our judgement on the quality of your work.
If all checks out we should verify you within the week and all your posts will be visible under the 'Creations by Creators' section on Explore. You should recieve a message in your Notifications and your Email to confirm it.
What video formats do you support?
We support MP4 and WebM but we recommend you to upload MP4 to allow better access for your followers. Choosing MP4 ensures all users can view your video the second it's posted.
Why do you not allow certain types of content on your website?
When dealing with pornographic content we have to consider what content is legal in our country and our server hosts country as well. This means that content is restricted by these laws. We will uphold a no tolerance policy on illegal content. We encourage you to report any content that does break our terms.
For more information please refer to the following document https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/extreme-pornography
Is it okay if I censor content that is not allowed on the site and link externally?
Firstly we explictly demand you do not post any content that depicts or involves minors or regardless of if it is censored or not, this content will be removed without appeal. We also request you do not post content that depicts any of the other content that is not allowed on the site. However, in certain circumstances where the depictions of other content is not visible and has been censored by a mosaic, strong blur or black box, we may not see any reason to remove it.
We also demand that you do not post anything that involves real people, unless it is either expressive photography, cosplay or body painting. If you do decide to post real people, all people involved must be consenting and aged 18 or over. Content of real people will be removed if it is illegal or against our terms of service, regardless of censorship.
